Dragonfly Necklace - Metal Clay Jewelry

This beautiful dragonfly pendant is handcrafted from precious metal clay. The dragonfly was molded separately and added to the round pendant. When fired, the clay binder burns off and what is left is a wonderful fine silver piece. The pendant is a little over an inch across and is substantial for its size due to the weight of the silver. It has been oxidized to darken the silver, then polished to bring up the highlights. The chain is sterling silver and measures 18" long.
