Terms of service

I currently use PayPal and Direct Checkout to process all orders. Your payment is due when you submit your order. I also accept gift cards.

Just a quick note about PayPal: PayPal will allow you to purchase using their secure site as a "Guest" even if you don't have an account with them. As some people may not be aware of this, I wanted to make sure everyone knows that.

Custom orders need to be paid before I will start a project. If we have arranged for a deposit and payment on custom orders, the deposit is non-refundable, as that portion is used to buy materials. Custom orders are not returnable, particularly custom orders that have been personalized.

Any customs fees or VATs for your your country are to paid for by you. I cannot pay these for you, so please be aware of your country's customs policies.

SHIPPING

I will ship USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for all domestic orders. I ship as promptly as possible. If something needs to be shipped more quickly, please let me know, and I will ship using expedited shipping. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR PRIORITY OR EXPRESS MAIL.

International customers are responsible for any and all customs and other charges associated with international shipping. I WILL NOT MARK A CUSTOMS RECEIPT AS GIFT, SO DON'T ASK. This is highly illegal in the US, and will result in me being fined.

Items over a certain dollar amount will be shipped with insurance. Some items will require signature confirmation.
